You have the right to cancel an order within 10 days without having to give any reason. If you wish to cancel an order, please use the form included in your package, or send us a clear message of your wish to cancel via email or post.

You cannot change an order after it has been sent. You can of course return goods you no longer want, and place a new order if you forgot something in your order.

The delivery time is around 4-10 working days. Your package is always delivered to your local collection point.
